Card for any occasion

Here is a great simple card for any occassion...mother's day, thank you, get well, just because.

I used the Imagine Lori's Garden for all the cuts. (cut layers)

Rose image on front; Butterfly; and Frame were cut at 4"

Bird cut at 1.5"

Lady Bug cut at 0.7"

Used Scoth 1/8" thick Pop-Up Foam Squares between layers.

Used Glossy Accents to make wet look.

iRocks by imaginisce used for gems.

Card cut from blue card stock at 8" x 5.5" folded in half and a Corner Chomper used to round the corners

Light grey card stock used behind floral frame...cut to fit.

Change of plans

So we aren't moving after all.  Due to extenuating circumstances we are staying here in Ohio for another year.  So we revamped our basement where my husband and I hide from our kids.  We put a new color of paint on the walls and recarpeted.  My husband and I also got new desks.  I am loving my new craft area.  I will post pics later as soon as everything is complete.  :)

Moving

Well, I packed my papers away.  I am done crafting till me get moved to our new base.  I must say I am already having scrapping withdrawl.  I can't wait till we get to our new home and I can set up my craft area again.  I think I got everything that I have pictures of finally posted on here.  Enjoy and Take Care!

Mom's Birthday

My mom has an awesome sense of humor.  We always are joking around with each other even though we are about 500 miles apart.  I saw this saying on a card and decides to use it in my own card, which is way cuter and funnier.  :)

Get Well Kaci

I did not create this card...this was all my oldest daughter's concept... I just helped with the pop-up part.  My daughter made this for one of her best friends that had knee surgery.

This is the card I made for Kaci (my honorary daughter)...

Not as good as my daughter's...but I didn't want to out shine her...lol

P.S.  My card was made with my Cricut Imagine.

Cookie Monster Pop-Up Card

This is one of my favorite cards I have made.  I love Cookie Monster.  I am the cookie monster in my house.  I am always stealing my husband's cookies from him... so I thought this would be a cute card to make for his birthday.

Hoppy Birthday Card

A different type of pop-up card.  I made this for one of my best friends, who loves frogs.  The mody of the frog is made with the Sizzix pup-up ball die. The rest is made with cuts from my Cricut cartridges.

Alexia's 7th Birthday Pop-Up Card

Since I made my son a pop-up card...you know my little princess had to have one too.  I took a cutout I cut from her favorite princess Belle and glued her head on it.  She loves the color yellow! And she loved this card!  I feel so good when my kids are excited to open their birthday card before the present just to see what I made for them.  A priceless feeling!!!
