Crafters Block
I have crafters block....I am trying to think of something fantastic for the Cricut Blog monthly challenge, but I am stuck! I even got myself a bunch of new crafting toys from the Tim Holtz collection...yet here I sit waiting for inspiration to strike. I really could use that awesome storage cabinet too! Of course I am sure we all feel the same there. Well I have a few more days to think... hope everyone else's projects are going well. Later Gators!

Halloween Easel Card
Here is an easel card that was inspired by Amanda... I just tweaked it a bit. (thanks for the inspiration Amanda!) (Amanda's Blog: http://amandascraftsandmore.blogspot.com/)
This Card was made using cuts from Mini Monsters Cartridge and paper patterns from Imagine More Cartridge. Also used wiggle eyes and a Halloween brad. I made this card to send out to my mom from me and my family. I like to send cards out to my family and friends for any occasion and no occasion at all since we live so far away from them. I think it is a fun way to let them know we are thinking of them and miss them. Have a wonderful night all!
Thanks
Thanks Kristen and Beau. I was so shocked and excited....my kids and I did a happy dance this morning...lol. You are my first followers and I just wanted to give a shout out and say Thank You!
I WON!!! I can't believe it! Thank You Cricut Circle and Staff!!!!!!
This is the first big prize I ever won. I won a pair of earrings when I was 8 in a raffle and a CPR barrier mask in my CPR class (Now there is a prize I hope to never have to use). That is all I recall.... But this is by far the greatest prize! (A Pink Cricut Expression and the Pink Journey Cartridge). Once again...Thank You!

Cricut Weekly Challenge #2: Think Pink!
Here is my Entry for this weeks challenge...
Since The Sky was the limit I wanted to do something 3D and it to be special... I would like to dedicate this to all those who lost their lives to breast cancer.
For this project I used cuts from Once Upon a Princes (castle); Stand and Salute (ribbon); and JT (wing)
Here is a pic of my main materials for this project...
.... also the porcelain head and arms and a styrofoam cone I used to make the body. (not in pic)
I must admit I was surprised at how well the Cricut cut out my 3/4 ribbons from silky delicate material.
These are what I ironed on to the silky white dress I made her...worked beautifully!!!!
This project took 3 full days to do...but i had so much fun doing it!
If any one has any questions or comments I look forward to them! :)
This is my first blog ever as well as my first craft contest...How exciting...lol!
